Dave and Suzie Twitchell, President and Vice President
Dave and Suzie love what they do. They have spent their careers making homeowners happy by making their remodeling dreams come true.
Dave and Suzie founded and have been running Twitchell Building as a team for over three decades. After attending the same high school, Newport Harbor High School, they were first introduced during their college years when Dave was attending UCLA and Suzie was attending the University of Southern California. Dave went on to graduate from UCI with a BA in economics. They were married in 1965 and have one daughter.
Before Twitchell Building was founded, Dave served our country as a naval officer in the Vietnam War. Upon returning home, he spent several years with Deane Homes as part of their Management Team. Since 1973, he and Suzie have worked together to grow and develop Twitchell Building, remodeling homes for countless happy clients.

In their free time, Dave and Suzie both like to entertain and travel. Dave also enjoys fishing and woodworking, while Suzie prefers reading and cooking.
