About Twitchell Building
Founded by Dave and Suzie Twitchell in 1973, our company is dedicated to providing our clients with honest value, personal and friendly service, and affordable quality. Our goal is to satisfy our clients and always deliver what we promise. And we do everything we can to make working with us easy and enjoyable.
While we started as a traditional construction company collaborating with our clients' architects, we now also offer Design/Build services where we manage every step of the process. We can use the approach that's right for you and your project.
Over the years, we developed and refined our quality control, project management and business systems. We developed expertise and craftsmanship beyond that which most remodeling firms can provide. We learned how to hire and retain the very finest staff and specialty subcontractors. We learned the value of quality design and how to deliver it to our clients. We learned what it takes to satisfy hundreds of clients. So much so that they regularly come back to us and send their friends.
As a NARI Certified Remodeler and an Aging-in-Place Specialist, you can be sure that our in-depth knowledge and experience is evident in each and every project we do. Twitchell is also a certified green remodeler
with a Sensibly Green approach to building. This means we thoughtfully
recommend the approaches, materials and technologies that make sense
for your project
and provide you value.
As members of the National Association of the
Remodeling Industry (NARI),
